Designed to reach schools and nonprofit organizations that serve economically disadvantaged children and families, qualifying organizations must show proof that at least 50% of the children and families they serve are economically disadvantaged and/or receive free or reduced lunches as part of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).

Group Size*: Minimum 20 children. Chaperone ratio of 1:4 is strongly recommended (chaperones admitted FREE).

Homeschool & Licensed Home Day Care Discount Programs
Homeschool families and licensed home day care providers are welcome to join our discount program to make museum visits convenient and affordable. Sign up for a year’s access to endless amounts of fun at a reduced cost!

Minnesota Children’s Museum’s Community Organization Small Group Scholarship Program is designed to reach small groups and nonprofit organizations that strive to reach under-served populations.
Community Nights
Empower family learning and build school community by hosting exclusive use of the museum for a community night.
Group Size: Up to 250 children and adults included in rate. Additional visitors are $50 per 50 people.

Go beyond the exhibit and discover how our museum experiences come to life. This immersive 2-hour program offers a unique look at the creative process behind our exhibits and programs.

Put on your thinking caps as the imaginative world of the Questioneers comes alive in this hands-on exhibit based on the popular book series. Questions are posed, challenges are identified and problem solving begins. Fly with Rosie in her cheese-copter, question how the world works while sitting in Ada’s thinking chair, build a bridge to save the class with Iggy and more.
