Where do guests check in?
Do I need to tell the museum the names of my guests?
Do museum members count toward my total number of guests?
What if some of my guests arrive late?
Will museum staff be in the gallery during Private Play Time?
Are food items and drinks allowed during Private Play Time?
No, food and drink are not allowed in exhibits or common areas during Private Play Time. Covered coffee cups and water bottles are okay.
Will the museum’s café and store be open?
No, the café will not be open during Private Play Time. The café will open at 9 a.m. when the museum opens to the public.
Can I have more than 30 guests?
If you are interested in booking a Private Play Time for more than 30 people, please call 651-225-6000 to make a special request.
Can guests stay and play in the museum after Private Play Time?
Yes, Private Play Time guests may stay and play in the museum when it opens to the public following their private experience.
