⚬ Adults and children count toward total number of guests
⚬ Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
⚬ All visitors age 5 and over are required to wear a mask, whether or not they have received a vaccine or previously had COVID-19.
⚬ Children ages 2 to 4 are encouraged to wear a mask.
⚬ Please plan for guests to arrive on time
⚬ Maximum number of guests is 12 or 20 people, depending on package booked

Where do guests check in?
Do I need to tell the museum the names of my guests?

What are your cleaning procedures?
The museum has enhanced its safety protocols and cleaning procedures since reopening in August, which includes an upgraded air filtration system, additional space for social distancing, and additional hand sanitizing stations. Can I have more than 20 guests?
Can guests stay and play in the museum after Private Play Time?
Yes, Private Play Time guests may stay and play in the museum when it opens to the public following their private experience. However, due to capacity restrictions following orders from Gov. Tim Walz, all museum visits are currently limited to two hours. Please plan on finishing your visit no more than one hour from the end of your Private Play Time session.
