- When buying tickets online you must pick a day and time of arrival. If there are no tickets available for your chosen time, please pick another time.

Do gift tickets expire?
No, gift tickets do not expire and can be used any time during regular museum hours. Gift tickets are not valid for museum special events.
How do gift tickets get to the recipient?
If ordering gift tickets by email, the tickets will be emailed to the purchaser and the purchaser can then forward the tickets to the recipient. If ordering gift tickets by mail, tickets can be mailed to the purchaser or directly to the recipient. To send gift tickets by mail directly to the recipient enter their mailing address in the “delivery notes” section when checking out on the website.
When will the recipient receive the tickets?
If ordering tickets by mail, tickets will be mailed to the address provided at checkout within 3 business days. If ordering tickets by email, tickets will be emailed to the purchaser within an hour after purchase.
