Ticket and Membership Discounts

The museum offers discounts on tickets and memberships through various partner organizations.

Be prepared to show a partner organization membership card or other proof of eligibility when you check in at the museum box office.

Admission Tickets

Partner discounts are available only at the box office. For weekend visits, tickets purchased online may cost less than discounted tickets purchased at the box office.

Visitors of the following groups and organizations can get $2 off the onsite ticket price, up to 6 tickets.

Visitors of the following groups and organizations can save $15 off a museum membership. Available online or at the box office. For online orders, use the provided code at checkout.

Personal Care Attendants
Families that require a PCA to assist with their visit may receive up to one free PCA ticket per visit.

ACM Members
Families with a current membership at an ACM reciprocal museum can receive up to 6 tickets at 50% off. Please provide proof of membership at the box office. Card must have a current ACM sticker to receive discount.

ASTC Members*
Families with a current membership to a ASTC reciprocal museum can receive up to 6 free tickets. Please call 651-225-6000 to verify your discount. Please provide proof of membership at the box office. Card must have a current ASTC sticker to receive discount.

*Institutions within 90 miles of Minnesota Children’s Museum, including the Science Museum of Minnesota, Bell Museum, The Bakken Museum and The Works Museum, are excluded.

Blue Star Museum Program
Active-duty U.S. military personnel and their families can receive up to 6 free museum admission tickets with proof of eligibility at check in. This offer is only available May 18, 2024 through Sept. 2, 2024.
