Turtle Travels explores the life of turtles and tortoises. Visitors take a journey through a giant board game as they follow in a turtle’s footprints to discover different habitats and migration habits. Explore how human behavior can help turtles and tortoises and how to be a responsible pet owner. Step into the shoes of a scientist and use radio telemetry to locate turtles. Notice how the turtle and tortoise shells are uniquely adapted for their habitats. Challenge creative and critical thinking skills by arranging houses to find ways for people and turtles to share a neighborhood safely.
