Framed: Step into Art, a STE(A)M forward exhibit, that transports visitors to a world where paintings leap off the canvas and create immersive environments for visitors to explore. The exhibit provides opportunities for children and adults to spend time with art, make connections, and explore art through the lens of famous paintings from four renowned artists, each representing a certain style and time period. Visitors will be able to transport themselves inside these 3D renderings and literally become part of the painting themselves. Additionally, there will be components that will give opportunities families and children to express themselves through their own creations and share with each other their responses to the various works and styles of art. This exhibit fosters the development of creative and critical thinking, collaboration and communication skills through the visual arts.
