Conductor’s Club Details
Choose one of three 90-minute time slots:
9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- You may enter the Conductor’s Club only during the 90-minute time slot indicated on your pass
- You may enter anytime during your 90-minute time slot, although we recommend entering at least 45 minutes before your designated time slot ends
- You may arrive at the museum anytime during regular hours and play throughout the museum before or after your Conductor’s Club time slot begins or ends

Do adults need a pass to get into the Conductor’s Club?
Yes, all visitors need a pass to enter the Conductor’s Club.
Can I buy Conductor’s Club passes at the museum on the day of the event?
Yes, however, there a limited number of Conductor’s Club passes available and availability cannot be guaranteed at the door.
Do children younger than 1 year old need a pass to get into the Conductor’s Club?
Yes, all visitors need a pass to enter the Conductor’s Club. However, the cost of a pass for children younger than 1 is $0.
How much time do you recommend spending in the Conductor’s Club?
Families should expect to spend at least 45 minutes in the Conductor’s Club to fully enjoy the experience.
Can my family leave the Conductor’s Club and re-enter?
Yes, Conductor’s Club passholders may leave and re-enter the club anytime during their designated 90-minute time slot.
Can I buy a pass that includes only the Conductor’s Club and not the rest of the museum?
No.
When should we arrive? What if we’re late?
Please plan to arrive at the museum at least 15 minutes before your chosen Conductor’s Club time slot. You may enter the Conductor’s Club anytime during your time slot, but please know that all visitors will need to leave the club at the end of each 90-minute session. We recommend planning to spend at least 45 minutes in the club to fully enjoy the experience. You are welcome to play in the museum any time before or after your Conductor’s Club time slot.
Where is the Conductor’s Club within the museum?
The Conductor’s Club will be in a multipurpose room on the first floor (street level) of the museum.
Where do I check in to the Conductor’s Club?
Check in for the Conductor’s Club will happen at the museum box office at the same time you check in to enter the museum.
Do we have to stay for the entire 90 minutes?
No, you may stay as long as you like during your chosen 90-minute time slot.
What items will be available at the trail mix making station? Will there be peanuts or other nuts?
The trail mix station will include popular items like rice chex, goldfish crackers, marshmallows, M&M’s and pretzels. All items will be peanut and tree nut free.
Can I use discounts on Conductor’s Club passes?
There are no discounts available on Conductor’s Club passes. If you have a valid museum admission discount, it can be used onsite at the museum box office only. However, availability of Conductor’s Club passes cannot be guaranteed onsite as space is limited.
