PARKING ADVISORY: OCTOBER 2023

Two elevators in the World Trade Center parking ramp are currently not working. This is the city-owned ramp that is connected to the museum via skyway. 

There is no elevator access in the ramp from levels 4 through 10. If you park on one of these levels, you must use the stairs to get to the skyway on level 3 or street level. The lowest levels of the parking ramp (levels 3 through D) still have limited elevator access. 

There is a drop-off and pick-up zone in front of the museum on West Seventh Street for those that need it. 

Alternate Parking Options

The Treasure Island Center parking ramp, housed within the Treasure Island Center, is located near the museum and is an option for visitors in need of elevator access.

Public Transportation

The museum is accessible by numerous bus lines as well as the 10th Street Station on the Green Line.
