Dinosaur Train: The Traveling Exhibit™

May 26 – Sept. 9, 2018

Bringing the popular PBS Kids series “Dinosaur Train” to life, this new exhibit gives kids the chance to travel back to the time of dinosaurs.

Exercise basic scientific thinking skills as you join Buddy and his adoptive Pteranodon family on a whimsical journey to unearth concepts in life science, natural history and paleontology.

Join a Tyrannosaurus rex named Buddy who travels the world to discover surprising facts about dinosaurs.

XOXO: An Exhibit about Love & Forgiveness

Sept. 22, 2018 – Jan. 6, 2019

Explore how we learn about love and forgiveness through activities that get us to feel and talk about emotions. This will be fun and sometimes, scary. You will play, act silly, and consider what makes you sad, mad and happy, think about love and think about forgiveness.

You’ll also ask questions, listen, and learn more about the people with you. You might reveal a secret or discover a forgotten memory. You will definitely share, connect, converse, think and feel. So take a deep breath, and explore these powerful feelings and the effects they have on yourself and others.

WORLD-PREMIERE! Wild Kratts®: Creature Power®

Jan. 19 – May 12, 2019

Visitors step into the Wild Kratts world, joining animal experts Chris and Martin Kratt and a cast of heroes and villains as they explore the secret lives of extraordinary creatures.

Using Kratt technology and the powers of science and collaboration, children help the team solve problems and protect animals.

The Wild Kratts exhibit focuses on cultivating STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) skills in children ages 3 to 9.

Minnesota Children’s Museum is teaming with the Kratt brothers to design and build this exhibit, which will have its world-premiere in St. Paul.
