Rochester Donations Stay in Rochester to Support Playful Learning

by | Nov 9, 2015 | Give, Newsletter Story, Rochester |

Help us bring playful learning to Southeastern Minnesota! Play is shown to be essential for healthy brain development and we need your support.  As a nonprofit organization, our Museum looks to the generosity of its members and advocates of play. If you value the importance of Early Childhood Education, please consider giving to Minnesota Children’s Museum of Rochester. You can help delight Rochester-area children with exhibits that enhance and create a unique play experience.

As a self-sustaining satellite location for Minnesota Children’s Museum (St. Paul), fundraising is done through local community partnerships, sponsorships, and grants. Your loyalty is valued and we aim to keep it local. Your donation will go specifically towards Minnesota Children’s Museum of Rochester. All money donated to us stays with us. We want you to see where your contribution goes. Funds support everything from art supplies in the Imagination Station to memberships for deserving families and other supplementary activities.

Every bit counts.

As little as a $10 donation purchases a new book for our Book Nook.

Since opening our doors in April 2012, Minnesota Children’s Museum of Rochester has delighted over 92,000 visitors. By supporting the Museum, you can help keep admission prices affordable for all, and bring fun, hands-on exhibits to Southeastern Minnesota.

Give to the Max Day is November 12!

Last year, over $18 million in donations went to Minnesota nonprofits and schools. We appreciate your continued support for Minnesota Children’s Museum of Rochester!
